Yoga has been an integral part in dealing with loss of our son, Atlas. He taught us to value how we spend our time and where we share our energy. We have been intentional to live in a way that honors Atlas' spirit and his love for life. The studio is a way for us to keep this commitment to our son, and create a space where anyone can come for a little lift. We were blessed with an abundance of love and support from our friends and family when our world crumbled. We are deeply grateful, without their help our studio would simply not exist.
Melissa began her yoga journey searching to find an activity that captured her mind and heart. Yoga was the perfect fit. After her first class, she was hooked on the practice of meditation and breath work (pranayama). As a 200HR YTT, Melissa is grateful for the opportunity to share the numerous benefits of yoga with others, and give back to her community. By focusing on positive energy, she encourages yogis to realign their mind, body, and spirit.

Madelin, aka Mady, enjoys spending her days teaching, Yoga, PyroPILATES, Standup Paddle Yoga & Pilates and Intro Level Acro Yoga Classes. Mady’s yoga journey began over a decade ago with the desire to balance out high intensity workout routines. Yoga taught her that building strength was not only about what one could lift with the body, but what could be let go with the mind. Mady teaches with creative transitions into poses, with a focus on finding joy and creativity within the body. Her classes offer a unique flow of a mandala style vinyasa that stems from the elements of, Earth (circular movements), Air (pranayama), Fire (the heat within), and Water, (fluid transitions). Mady is a staple in the St. Augustine Paddle Community as the Owner and Sole Operator of The Salty Paddle.

RYT® 200 certified in Hatha, Yin, and kids yoga, Eugenie's teaching style revolves around a slow flow with a strong emphasis on yoga philosophy.
